In November 2024, BOOKED & BUSY facilitated a retail showcase campaign to raise buzz around Wandering Bear’s ‘That’s a Frap!’ Erewhon smoothie with podcaster, Bobbi. Our team sourced aligned influencers, negotiated with teams and contracted talent, managed content briefs and posting, as well as monitored and tracked posts. The campaign resulted in a social reach of 1.5M and 48 brand tags + mentions from 10 LA-based content creators in the brand’s target demo.

Campaign 2:
BOOKED & BUSY facilitated influencer partnerships called “in-store showcases” on behalf of Wandering Bear to promote product placement within LA retailer, Erewhon. The goal of the campaign was to raise awareness for the product’s launch in Erewhon, drive traffic to stores, and push the delicious taste / longer shelf life of the cold brew cartons.
A total of 5 influencers with a social reach of 228.3K participated in the campaign, posting a total of 14 social posts and tagging @wanderingbearco 14 times.
